How Long Does It Take To Ship Ordered Products?
A ProForma Invoice will be sent to you after upon order, we will begin preparation for shippment as soon as we receive full payment. This may take up to 2 working days, depending on the port of delivery, we will notify you by Email and SMS upon shipment.
How long will it take for the shipping vessel to reach my port?
Shipping cars or trucks from europe to most African countries normaly takes 15 days, you should contact your shipping agent with vehicle details at latest 12 days from shipping date so that he can be on a lookout.

We are opened from 9:00am - 5:00pm European time.
Can you ship auto parts inside the vehicle I am buying?
We are not dealing in auto parts at the moment but if you can arrange for the transportation of the auto parts to the vehicle location, we can fit it in/on your vehicle, be aware that your auto parts must fit properly in/on the purchased vehicle otherwise it will affect the shipping price or cause delay at the port.
Do you list the manufactured year of your vehicles?
We do list the manufatured year of vehicle and we also try to provide enough information on each vehicle as much as we can.
Does the vehicle come with an English manual?
Most of the cars you find on our website are either Netherlands or German used but vehicle manuals are mostly multilingual, it is also possible that the car manual are not available anymore at the time the present user decides to sell it.
Are spare keys provided?
If spare keys are available at the time of sale, it will also be sold with the vehicle
Can I arrange a visit to see your vehicles in person?
Because some of the cars are not parked at our garage and also because we are always on the move, we can guarantee an arrangement to see the car or truck but only on appointment. we always make sure we provide pictures as much as we can including faulty areas where we think buyer might want to see.
What currencies do you accept?
Because we are dealing from Europe, we accept and transact in euros and we expect that all transfers are made in euro equivalent
Can you provide me with the receipt for my payment?
We provide an invoice upon the confirmation of full payment, the confirmation and any form of confirmation you get from your bank is also a form of prove you have for your payment. A copy of international passport is needed to complete the transaction.
How long does it take for my bank remittance to be transferred to your bank account?
International bank transfer may take three working days before it reflects on our bank account depending on the efficiency of your bank
Is pre-export inspections required?
You need to check with your country if pre-export inspections are required, policy differs for different countries, however we will inform you in time if we are aware of your country's port rules and regulations
What is a TT Copy? Where can I get it?
Once you submit your payment for transfer at your bank, you will receive a Telegraphic Transfer Copy (TT Copy) as a proof of your remittance. The deposit slip may replace the TT Copy only if the TT Copy is not issued immediately by your bank. A fax or scan copy sent to us before your payment's arrival will make us start arranging your vehicles for shipment.
Who is responsible for paying the bank transfer fee?
Buyers are responsible for paying the transfer fee, total cost of vehicle must be remitted in our account
What is the IBAN code for your bank account?
Our bank IBAN Code is NL59INGB0005196121. Our full bank information is on our website and it will also be provided on the proforma invoice
Can i transfer money with other transfer methods such as Western Union?
We are aware of how difficult to make an international transfer from some countries, on special cases we will accept other money transfer method such as Western Union, Money Gram, World Remit etc. Send us a message with the message box while making your order stating the type of transfer you like to use and why.
